Is Rich Tarrant Again Running For The U.S. Senate In Vermont?

I got word this morning that a Rich Tarrant radio ad of some sort is running in the Rutland, Vermont area.

I would be very curious to hear if any of my Vermont readers know anything about this.

Or, if the Chairman of the Senate Judicial Committee has any thoughts on the matter, I’d like to hear those too.
